Customs & Import Policy

When ordering from NAGI TEA from outside Japan, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fees paid at checkout.

Customer Responsibility

Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
NAGI TEA has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
Please contact your local customs office for information on applicable rates.

Customs Declaration

All international shipments are declared accurately as food products (tea). We do not mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs duties.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by customs or returned due to non-payment of duties, shipping is non-refundable. A product refund may be issued upon receipt of returned goods, minus a restocking fee.

Restricted Countries

We may be unable to ship to certain countries due to postal or import restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.
