Returns & Refund Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a product defect or an error on our part.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error.
  • Items not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (domestic: 14 days; international: 45 days after dispatch).

How to Request

Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form on tea.nagi.group. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after dispatch.
  • Products returned without prior authorisation.
  • Delays caused by customs or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
