Subscription Policy / 定期購入ポリシー
Automatic Renewal / 自動更新
Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. You will be charged the applicable rate for your selected plan until you cancel.
定期購入は毎月の請求日に自動的に更新されます。解約されるまで、ご選択のプランの料金が毎月請求されます。
Cancellation / 解約
You may request cancellation at any time — including after your very first delivery — from your account page.
After your cancellation request is received, 2 further monthly deliveries will still be fulfilled and charged. Your subscription will then end with no further charges.
Example: if you request cancellation in Month 1, you will receive and be charged for Month 2 and Month 3. Your subscription ends after Month 3.
解約申請はいつでも（初回お届け後すぐでも）アカウントページから行えます。
解約申請が受理された後も、さらに2回分のお届けと請求が発生します。その後、定期購入は終了し、以降の請求は発生しません。
例：1ヶ月目に解約申請した場合、2ヶ月目・3ヶ月目のお届けと請求が行われ、3ヶ月目をもって終了となります。
Refunds / 返金
Processed subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.
処理済みの定期購入料金は原則として返金されません。請求に誤りがあると思われる場合は、お問い合わせください。
Skipping a Delivery / スキップ
You can skip a delivery at any time from your account page before the next billing date.
次回請求日前であれば、アカウントページからいつでも1回分のお届けをスキップできます。
Pricing / 料金
Subscription pricing includes a 5% discount and free shipping compared to single-purchase pricing. Prices are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY). Currency conversion and international transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
定期購入価格は通常購入と比較して5%割引・送料無料です。価格はすべて日本円（JPY）で表示されます。為替変換および国際取引手数料は購入者の負担となります。
